This Act may be cited as the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel Act, No. 12 of 2009 and the provisions of this Act other than this section, shall come into operation on such date (hereinafter referred to as the ?appointed date?) as the Minister may appoint by Order published in the Gazette. Entry and inspection of buildings and premises.18. Power to require information.19. Directions of the Minister.20. Acquisition of immovable property under the Land Acquisition Act for the Institute.21. State property both movable and immovable to be made available to the Institute.22. Expenses incurred to be paid out of the Fund.23. No writ to be issued against a member etc.24. Offences. 25. Institute deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act. 26.
