Damage to public property while under the influence of liquor. 4. Liquor given to child under twelve years of age. 5. Sale of liquor to persons under eighteen years of age. 6. Arrest without warrant. 7. Examination by medical practitioner. 8. Approved operator to carry out the breath analysis test 9. Punishment for refusing to be examined. 10.
