Acts & Ordinances TEA AND RUBBER ESTATES (CONTROL OF FRAGMENTATION) (AMENDMENT) Marginal Notes 1. This Act may be cited as the Tea and Rubber Estates (Control of Fragmentation) (Amendment) Act, No. 20 of 2005. 2. Amendment of the long title of Act, No. 2 of 1958. 3. "Tea and Rubber Estates (Control of Fragmentation) Act" and "Tea and Rubber (Control of Fragmentation) Board" to be referred to as "Tea, Rubber and Coconut (Contort of Fragmentation) Act" and "Tea, Rubber and Coconut (Control of Fragmentation) Board" respectively. 4. Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment. 5. Amendment of section 10 of the principal enactment. 6. Amendment of section 16 of the principal enactment. 7. Insertion of new section 12A and principal enactment. 8. Amendment of section 17 of the principal enactment. 9. Insertion of new section 23A of the principal enactment. 10. Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment. 11. Sinhala text to prevail in case of inconsistency. 12. Existing Board to continue until the constitution of new Board.
