Section No : Legislative Enactments CROWN DEBTORSMarginal Notes1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Debtors Ordinance.2. Government Agent to seize property of debtor upon knowledge or notice of debt. 3. Notice, libel, or information to be filed in court. Process thereupon. 4. Property of public accountant liable for debt, &c. 5. Crown debts on mortgage, &c, preferred to all subsequent debts. 6. Previous mortgage of immovable property not affected. 7. Previous transfer of movable property not affected. 8. Fraudulent transfer, &c, void. Penalty.
