FUEL CONSERVATION-FIVE DAY WEEK
Marginal Notes
1. This Act may be cited as the Fuel Conservation Five Day Week Act, and shall be deemed, for all purposes, to have come into operation on February 17, 1977, (hereinafter referred to as the " relevant date ").
2. Saturdays to be non-working days.
3. Hours of work to be performed from Monday to Friday.
4. No overtime payment for extra work performed from Monday to Friday in consequence of Saturday not being a working day.
5. Payment of overtime for work on Saturday
6. Payment of salary, &c, to be not less favourable.
7. Every employer to take account of Saturdays for the purpose annual holidays.
