DEFINITION OF BOUNDARIES
Marginal Notes
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Definition of Boundaries Ordinance.
2. Government Agent may demand production of title deeds.
3. Trespassers, unless willful, not liable.
4. Where party has had possession for three years of land erroneously granted by the State.
5. Where less than three years.
6. Where party has had possession for not less than two nor more than five years of uncultivated land belonging to another.
7. Where more than five years.
8. Proprietors of adjoining lands may call upon each other to define boundaries.
9. Procedure when Government Agent or Assistant Government Agent finds boundary of private land adjoining State land should be made or. renewed.
10. Where boundaries have been made and adjoining lands subsequently purchased.
11. Disputes to be referred to arbitration.
12. Disputes between respective owners as to necessity or sufficiency of boundary to be referred to arbitration.
13. Ordinance not to affect property of minors or insane persons, ;c.
14. Penalty on removing landmarks.
