This Act may be cited as the Interim .Devaluation Allowance of Employees Act, No. 40 of 1968, and shall come into operation on such date as may be appointed by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette, in this Act referred to as the " appointed date ".2. Competent authority. 3. This Act to have force and effect notwithstanding anything in any other written law, & c. 4. Interim devaluation allowance. 5.
