PRIMARY COURTS' PROCEDURE

1. This Act may be cited as the Primary Courts Procedure Act, No. 44 of 1979, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister by Order published in the Gazette may appoint.
2. The civil and criminal jurisdiction of Primary Courts to be exclusive.
