Members, officers and servants of the Institute deemed to be public servants. 16. Institute deemed to be a scheduled Institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act. 17. Fund of the Institute. 18. Levy of cess. 19. Accounts and audit. 20. Acquisition of immovable property under the Land Acquisition Act for the Institute. 21. State property both movable and immovable to be made available to the Institute. 22. The Government to make available premises, & c. for the use of the Institute. 23. Protection for action taken under this Act or on the direction of the Board. 24. No writ to issue against person or property of a member of the Board. 25. Power of Institute to make rules.
