Seal of the Institute. 20. Appointment of the General Manager of the Institute. 21. Powers of the Board in regard to appointment to the staff of the Institute and their training. 22. Appointment of officers from other services to the staff of the Institute. 23. Rendering of services by employees of the Institute to other persons. 24. Members and employees of the Institute deemed to be public servants. 25. Institute deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act. 26. The fund of the Institute. 27. Audit of accounts. 28. Acquisition of immovable property under the Land Acquisition Act for the Institute. 29. State property both movable and immovable to be made available to the Institute. 30. The State to make available premises &c. for the use of the Institute. 31. Protection for action taken under this Act or under the direction of the Board. 32. No writ to issue against person or property of a member of the Board. 33. Powers of Institute to make rules. 34. Power of Minister to give special or general directions to the Board. 35. Secrecy. 36. Restriction on use of " Sri Lanka Institute of Co-operative Management ". 37. Penalties for offences. 38. Institute to succeed to contracts, assets, liabilities &c. of the Co-operative Management Services Centre. 39. Interpretation.
