1980 Revised version BREAD Marginal Notes 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Bread Ordinance. 2. Sale of bread by weight, and marking of weight of loaves. 3. Offences relating to sale of bread. 4. Means of weighing to be provided by every baker or vendor of bread. 5. Adulteration of bread an offence. 6. Adulterating corn. meal, or flour,& c, an offence. 7. Search of bakers' premises, & c, and seizure of adulterated flour, & c. 8. Persons in whose premises ingredients for adulteration found, punishable. 9. Publication of convictions.
