COLOMBO DISTRICT (LOW-LYING AREAS) RECLAMATION AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD
Marginal Notes
1. This Act may be cited as the Colombo District (Low-tying Areas) Reclamation and Development Board Act.* (* The short title of this Act has been subsequently altered to "Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation Act " by Act No. 52 of 1982. See Volume 1 of the 1985 Supplement to the Revised Edition.)
2. Declaration of Reclamation and Development Areas by Order of the Minister and effect of such declaration.
3. Vesting in the Boards of lands which are situated within the jurisdiction of local authorities and which comprise Reclamation and Development Areas.

4. Compulsory acquisition of any kind which comprises a Reclamation and Development Area and which is not vested in the local authority within the jurisdiction of which that land is situated.
