1980 Revised version EMPLOYEES' PROVIDENT FUND (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) Marginal Notes 1. This Law may be cited as the Employees' Provident Fund (Special Provisions) Law, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may appoint by Order published in the Gazette (hereinafter referred to as the " appointed date ").*(' Not in operation on 31st December, 1980.) 2. No contribution to be made by any employee or employer in any covered employment to any fund other than the Employees' Provident Fund. 3.
