DOMESTIC SERVANTS

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Registration of Domestic Servants Ordinance.
2. Operation of Ordinance.
3. Minister may appoint Registrar, who shall be under supervision of the Inspector-General of Police.
4. Masters to cause servants to be registered. To supply lists to Registrar.
5. Servants to attend personally.
6. Registrar to supply pocket register.
7. Servants quitting employment before pocket registers supplied.
8. Applicants for domestic service.
9. Registrar may grant provisional registration.
10. Registrar may refuse, but must report refusal to Inspector-General of Police.
11. Registration to be refused to convicted offenders, &c.
12. Master shall not engage unregistered servant.
13. Master to enter engagement in pocket register.
14. Master to enter discharge.
15. Servant to attend at office of Registrar for pocket register entries to be transferred to general registry.
16. Registrar authorized to enter convictions in pocket register of servants.
17. Servants to exhibit pocket registers to police.
18. Registered servants entering service in places not brought under Ordinance.
19. Masters in places not under Ordinance.
