This Act may be cited as the Finance (Special Provisions) Act, No 10 of 1965, and shall - (a) in the event of this Act becoming an Act of Parliament before, or on, the first day of October, be deemed, for all purposes, to have come into operation on the said first day of October ; or in the event of this Act becoming an Act of Parliament on any date later than the said first day of October, be deemed, for all purposes, to have come into operation on the said first day of October2. Repeal of Chapter 249. 3. Repeal of Act No. 42 of 1957. 4. Repeal of Act No. 36 of 1961. 5. Repeal of Part II of Act No. 11 of 1963.
